 International Cyclist History Conference members arrive

9:00am-11:00Penny Farthing stack to break Guinness World Record
11:00am-1:00pmBicycle tour of New Haven about 10 miles terminating with all riders circling the Green. (Wheelmen OHWT) open to all
1:00pm-5:00Bicycle races on streets around the Green different classification races such as,
  • Hobby Horse
  • Velocipede
  • High Wheel
  • Pre 1900 safety bikes
  • Classic bikes
  • Kid riders
  • Recumbent
  • Rat bikes
  • Modern men's and modern woman's racing
  • Business men with folding bikes
  • None of the above category.
Some races would be as short as one length of a block, others timed 20 minutes for distance (number of laps). Between races trick riders and demonstrations of antique bikes can be given to entertain and educated the viewers. (some classes pre-registration) open to all
